"Hotel building is really tall and in busy hustle/bustle area of shinjuku…lot of adult entertainment things happening on street in nite..so choose according to your trip type and if with family.Rooms are on bigger side and well maintained.Cleanin and room amenities were good including coffee."

"The location is terrific. Next to the stations. A lot of dinning & shopping options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although you can tell the rooms are a little bit of old compared to some other hotels around here, but they do keep the them nice and clean."

"Top notch comfort and service. In a quiet area, but walkable to all the action in Shinjuku, including Shinjuku station. Limo buses from the airports will also pick up and drop off at this hotel. The restaurants at the hotel are also excellent."

"Check in was very easy and automated on site. Staff were very friendly. Loved having a Lawson's in the hotel as we did not have the breakfast included option. Appreciated the self service laundry machines. Room was fine, we were three adults in 3 beds and had some space, beds just okay. Loved this ..."
