"Great Stay and super staff. The hotel has been refurbished by the new management who have done a splendid job. We were greeted with a warm welcome and it the hotel is directly opposite the lagoon so a pleasant view and our vely place to walk and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. I wish we had stayed longer."

"There are two parts to this resort. The older centennial tower was terrible. Run down and dirty. The other tower was much better. Had to ask for an upgrade to move to that side. Brianna (if I remember her name correctly) was friendly and helpful. Other staff behind the desk, not so much. Overall, Harrison Hot Springs is an over rated resort. It’s just okay."

"Our room itself was clean but the property was a bit of a mess. It was hard to get through the hallways as there was so many bumps in the carpet. The location was nice and having underground parking was convenient. Hopefully they'll be able to renovate."

"I was quite disappointed with the lodge. I made a reservation at 2:00 p.m. for the same evening, and when I arrived, I still had not received the code to access the room. There was no one there to welcome us, and fortunately we happened to meet other guests who were able to contact the person responsible for check-in on our behalf. "Great spot for our quick stopover. Owner lives on site and greeted us warmly. Neighbourhood feels safe and secure, not sketchy, still brought the bicycle inside the room though. Furniture is solid and does not feel flimsy. Beds are comfortable. Would certainly stay here again."
