"Our stay at the riad had both positives and negatives. The riad itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and we really enjoyed the food, breakfast, and poolside service. Unfortunately, the overall experience was impacted by poor communication from the staff. We had to ask multiple times just to receive towels, and there was no proper communication regarding changes to our stay dates. The biggest issue was with the airport transfer — it was confirmed beforehand, but after waiting we were...
