"The service was very good. The hotel Arranged transport from the airport and then had a staff member meet us at the edge of the Medina and walk us in. The rooms themselves are nothing to write home about, but are in a very authentic Moroccan style. Upon checkin there were no towels but they quickly rectified that. The best you can say is that the rooms are exceptionally clean. A decent breakfast buffet (included) in the morning and the pool side restaurant is open late. I had a couple of video...

"Good Areas: Rooms were clean and staff was generally friendly, helpful and understanding. The owner did apologize for some of the shortcomings which was greatly appreciated. Negative Areas: 1. Breakfast: Breakfast service is extremely slow and the servers were slightly rude. On the second day of our visit, we went to breakfast at around 8am. It took the servers 45 minutes to serve 4 hard boiled eggs and when the eggs came, it was also only soft boiled. When checking up with the servers...
