Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. À fuir !!!!! "We stayed in a bungalow, and also had dinner at Dar Jnane. Hosts were friendly. Garden was a nice setting, and we enjoyed a walk to the old village and the palmerie in the evening. Dar Jnane was a pleasant stop en route to M’Hamid and Erg Chigaga. "

"As the gateway to desert, with thorough Amazigh decoration in this place, it is the best place to begin whole new journeys. With pre-arragement, they will serve in-house breakfasts and dinners. I am planning to come back this place next year."

"This property is very charming and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable. The only drawback is the breakfast: Very limited, no vegetables, no fruits, no eggs, just carbs and sweets. Very poor for a health conscious traveler and not at par with a 4-star Kasbah. The staff was friendly and tried their best to give us a homey feel. I recommend this property and hope that their breakfast will improve."

The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The spa was also basic, though one might research for a more authentic experience; however, convenience satisfied with a relaxing massage. Overall, the facilities are nice with lounges, bar area, two restaurants, pool and poolside service. Plus, the view...

"Excellent very smart modern hotel in the centre of Ouarzazate with nicely kept grounds and a beautiful big swimming pool (not heated so a bit chilly in April). A nice choice of food with several restaurants. Good prompt room service for dining in room (handy when you arrive between meals). All the facilities you’d expect. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay."

"The stay was no different from any other hotel - the breakfast was a little disappointing in its choices though and we were surprised that a box of tissues( not toilet paper) was not supplied. We did find the staff welcoming/helpful"
