"Nice basic room, the hotel is in a bit of an industrial area but still had nice views."

"Self check in was fine, however there was only a phone number to contact, never saw any staff in the hotel except for one when walking past at breakfast. Stayed Saturday & Sunday night, and hardly slept both nights. Saturday, a restaurant next door had music playing until midnight which was fine, what was not expected was to then hear music afterwards from a DJ(?) which sounded like it was coming from below the hotel. "This is an old hotel that has great charm, however we found the beds lumpy and too firm. We had booked too rooms ( at the same price) but they were very different…. One was very small and stuffy. The staff was able to move us to a slightly larger room with more light. Loved having the tea kettle but each dsy had to ask for a cup."
