"Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apartment was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. We definitely recommend Palazzo Vecchio!"

"Irene was incredible, she was very welcoming and picked me up at the dock! I loved koufonisia so much, such a beautiful island. Small but still full of food and shopping options. "We booked a one bedroom apartment and were upgraded to a three bedroom villa so obviously I'm completely biased. "Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The beach is very secluded and has an amazing view. The room is perfectly clean and well stocked with everything. The host was absolutely fantastic and helped me get transfers everywhere I needed to go. The restaurant provide delicious breakfast and fresh fish everyday, as well the local ingredients ca be found in their meals.It was the perfect vacation spot!"

"Propert manager was helpful, and the housekeepers as well. We could have used a few more towels. The bedding in the closet for the sofa had a stained blanket, made us unsure if the blanket was clean or not. The shower is not sealed properly and the water flows into the rest of the bathroom. "

"Virginia went above and beyond and made sure our requests and concerns were properly met. She was quick to respond and listened to our comments re another company service (that has nothing to do with due mari). She made us feel at home and we were very well taken cared off. Our stay was pleasant because of her. The only down fall is the transportation you have to pay every time to go to the city proper. It’s not far but they charge $$$ (again not due mari just transportation companies) "
