"Overbooked king beds so called my queen an “upgrade”. Freeway truck noise and loud guests. Otherwise nice property and location."

"The AC worked. Our room was sufficient for a good night's sleep and cleaning up in the morning. There was NO COFFEE maker. "

"Wow.. I don’t even know where to start. I knew I was staying at a motel 6 so I never had high expectations. But as soon as we walked in there was an extremely smell of cigarette that at this time my nose is still hurting from the strong smell. As if that was not bad enough both beds had huge cigarette burn holes on them and were very dirty. I was thankful I had a couple of covers in my car that we could use. Then we went to take a shower and there was dirt or sand of some kind in the tub. I understand that we didn’t pay much for one night but it’s no excuse for a room to look in that condition. I would never ever stay there. I will pay the extra hundred dollars for at least no cigarette smell and clean sheets. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone."

"I was told you get what you pay for by the front desk clerk when I complained about the cleanliness of the room, she said this is not Holiday Inn. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s obvious the owner doesn’t care."

"The room was filthy with literal dirt on the sheets and pillow case, hair and debris on the floor, mold/mildew in the shower. Called Expedia customer service immediately and spoke with Dominic who offered another hotel for an additional charge totalling over $800 for four nights assuring me it was a 5 star facility. Upon arriving there it was also filfthy and seemed dilapidated with every floor at some point having crumbling flooring. The room was again not clean with some of the same issues as the first. Upon reaching out to Dominic again and refusing to stay for just one night as he requested, he then began blaming me saying i was the issue that no other clients are complaining. I asked for a refund and said I would find our lodging. Being without lodging 1500 miles from home is not ideal and very stressful but we are not willing to stay in filthy conditions."

"The room was so dirty. Stains on all the furniture, floors were dirty, light switches sticky and we saw roaches. I do not recommend this hotel."
