"The room was very clean but the shower had an ingrained floor, a broken tile on the shower step and broken grouting around skirting. The steam room hinges were so rusty that I was surprised they still held the door on and the jacuzzi was mostly peeled paint would not have liked to use it. "Lovely stay for 3 nights. Clean, comfortable room with a great hospitality tray. Everything you could think of/need. Fluffy large towels and top quality offerings. Great value for money. A lovely breakfast offering too with hot and cold selections. Friendly helpful staff"

"A relaxing feel runs through the hotel and out into the gardens. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. Herons love it too! The staff were smiley and attentive, Our room was clean and the towels soft and fluffy. We made use of the spa facilities every day. The pool temperature was great for us."

"We had a very comfortable stay in a twin room with a huge bathroom (no sea view). The room was clean and had everything we needed including a fan (although I had to clean it before use). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Boat House is nice and close to the beach and both Ryde and Seaview are walkable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice."

"Staff at Ocean View are great. The hotel needs updating but is clean and room was good. However hotel swimming pool is closed and has been for some time. Also the hotel only does breakfast. We had booked to chill at the hotel use their restaurant and pool unfortunately this didn’t happen. Just needs to update advertising so on knows what to expect. View from room is fantastic which helped."
