"Quaint, but so old the plaster was peeling, the carpets stained, and most of the balcony was roped off because it was in dis repair. No food options, the restaurant/ cafe permanently closed. They said it was going to be pulled down and newer apartments. However the room was ok, with a little heater and clean towels and tea/ coffee."

"Definitely our new favourite place for us when we visit from the country. Will be our regular from now on. Close enough to CBD & a short stroll to the Main Street in North Adelaide. Excellent facilities and super friendly ladies on the front reception! Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"Great location - easy access to the city! Room was clean but just metres from reception which I felt uncomfortable about. I immediately asked if another room was available instead and the manager agreed offering to do so after the first night as no staff were available to prepare a room. Bed was lovely, comfortable with clean sheets. Windows were paper thin and noise could be heard throughout the night. There was also a cold draft. Block out blinds weren’t fully able to make the room...

"Maybe having a trolley cart or two at reception to put luggage on to take to the room - especially for the elderly or disabled to make it easier."

"Noisy. Exposed on two sides to road noise with trucks all night. Needs a heavier door and double glazing."

"Turned up at 7 05pm they shut reception at 7pm. I was on a plane. I sent an email saying we might be late. They charged me as a no show. Took me 3 days to get my money back. I missed my friends birthday and I had to drive home after a long flight. Not Happy."

"All was very nice. Big rooms. Very tidy. Our only observation was the bathroom vent appears not to have been cleaned for some time. Apart from that, no complaints"
