"Reception was busy, but helpful once the delay was cleared after about 10 mins. Also on two occassions during our stay we tried calling reception unsuccessfully until disconnected. "Shower sprayed everywhere and no hot water and didn’t fix till day 2. Told us to use communal facilities. Lots of permanent residents here so didn’t feel very safe."
