"Jose (Dude) at the pool has the best service"

"Great heated pools, loved the much needed adults only pool area. Lovely staff and good variety of food for lunch. Beds were very comfortable and nice quiet air conditioning"

"Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. After a couple days they often know you by name, remembered our drink order, etc. The hotel itself is nice. Good: responsive staff especially in the lobby bar. Bad: shower in our room poured water all over the bathroom even with the door sealed shut. It was like this every single day. Minibar options were minimal; always stocked with mixed nuts though we have a nut allergy there were no other options. Only one restaurant to eat at which got boring very...

"Grounds beautiful, staff very helpful."

"Very quiet and relaxing. Room and all areas spotless. Staff very friendly and attentive."

"Gorgeous hotel in a perfect location, right by the beach and lovely restaurants. Clean, staff lovely, breakfast is really good. Can't fault it, this was my third visit and we will be back"

"Amazing stay"

"Die Anlage ist atemberaubend, vorallem der View. Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber das nächste Mal werde ich eines buchen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal äußert freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Sunset-Bar. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut. Hier würde ich auch all inclusive nehmen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!"

"Excellent hotel. Room cleaning seemed a bit rushed. View from room was great, sun all day."

"un tres bel hôtel, parking sécurisé vastes piscines avec suffisamment de transats un restaurant vraiment excellent, avec des buffets exceptionnels... vraiment hzureux de notre choix ! 👍 on recommande sans reserve"

"I have stayed here many times over the years service has always been really good. Cannot wait to go back."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The only small thing I would have preferred was to have two chairs on the balcony instead of the lounge sofa. It would have been lovely to sit outside together and enjoy the balcony. However, this was only a minor detail and did not affect my overall...

"Lovely rooms with a swim up pool, perfect for privacy peace and tranquility! Great breakfast each morning and views were just breathtaking! Staff friendly and all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay! Room cleaned twice a day and the place was modern x ideal get away for a couple or someone just wanting some peace and quiet. Local shop and bars about 5-10mins away in taxi, a little too far to walk!"

"We’ve stayed at the Best Jacaranda Hotel twice before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite up to the same standard. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and housekeeping does a good job of cleaning daily. However, the rooms are looking rather dated. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom drainage smell. Whenever rooms nearby flushed their toilets, a horrible smell seemed to come through into our room, which was really unpleasant. The...

"Food was much better than expected, great variety and all lovely. Great location and didnt have any issues with the noise. Our room on the 3rd floor was clean, tidy and felt refreshed. No issues with getting sunloungers. Pool clean and great. Bar staff attentive and friendly and entertainment team Eric and Tomas were brilliant, they got everyone involved and had so much fun!"

"The hotel was spotless Is it 4 star ? There was kettle in room had to ask for one and pay a deposit The room it self needs to be updated plaster on ceiling chipping off I think it was 4 star 20 years ago but it needs a total refurbishment for that status now Or maybe expect to much"
