No forks or spoons one day, only spoons another day. Pool was dirty, the whole week we were there not one staff attempted to clean. Kitchen floor in our room was not level, dips all over. Cupboards were falling off the cabinets. No spoons available in our room. Bathroom was very tiny. Couldn’t close the door. Bed was okay."

"Room smelled; it was a mixture of stale cigarette smoke and musty/mildew coming from the AC. I dont think AC filters have every been cleaned or changed. Dead roaches everywhere. Stains all over the sheets. It was gross. "
