The front desk staff were outstanding, professional, and attended to my concerns. Housekeeping of my was substandard and lacked attention to detail. House keeping was very late, linen supply inadequate, phone in room not working, but no notice( safety concern). Carpets and in room couch needs replacing due to extreme wearing. Maintenance did not return to replace the smoke detector back-up battery( battery compartment left open) Not impressed.

Room 126 Cons: Coffee maker was not working Ac in the room needs maintenance. It cools but sounds like a car breaking down The room has a dusty unclean carpet odor The treadmill and bike machine in the fitness center does not work Pros: The room has a modern look Staff is friendly and polite Staff switched out coffee maker for me The lobby is generally quiet This review is unique to room 126 and my personal experience, your experience may vary

Beds are very comfortable, we had the king suite with the pull out sofa, there was no spare bedding for the sofa bed so had to go downstairs and ask for it. Room was clean, hotel is in a great area, lots of restaurants and close to Galleria. Overall hotel was nice and clean. Will stay again!
