"Bathroom shower leaked water on to floor. Towels were very old worn out. Lobby was dirty. Restaurant was backed up and breakfast was served late."

"Lovely stay at the Four Seasons in Georgetown, Washington DC. The property is beautiful and the hotel service is perfect. There is a lovely spa on the property as well. My husband got a wonderful deep tissue massage. We got upgraded to a suite and it was AMAZING! Modern, clean and renovated, new and spacious. Beautiful decor. A wonderful bath, spacious living room and bedroom. The bed was super cozy. The food service is delicious too! We will be back for another stay! It was beautiful."

"Very friendly staff, clean room and great on-site restaurant."

"The hotel and the majority of the staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, one female front desk clerk significantly impacted my experience. I needed to extend my stay for work and was unaware that my physical credit card was required to complete the additional charge. I called ahead and explained that I would bring my card by 5:00 p.m. after work and was assured that would be fine. Despite this agreement, my friend, who was caring for my dog, was locked out of my room and denied access...
