"I stayed at this hotel for four nights. I really enjoyed everything. The daily cleaning of the room and the cleanliness. The spa pool and jacuzzi, the massage which was really great. The restaurant and the way of reception and the excellent food and especially the excellent service and the attention to each person and their wishes with great love and politeness. I enjoyed the bar and the way of reception. The behavior and relationship of the staff and their complete attention to satisfaction and addressing all needs and requests. On the last day, I went to the airport with the hotel shuttle and I think this facility was also very excellent and good and made the return trip comfortable and peaceful. Finally, I would like to thank the hotel for putting the name Nicholas first in the title and its name, instead of using the word hotel first, which actually refers to the beloved Saint Nicholas of this city. "We rent a car at the airport and it was fast to speak and arrange with staffs. Breakfast was good. This hotel situation very good. You can walk from the hotel to city center about 9 minutes. City center very nice to visit and restaurant. We went to wine bar il Tranquillo and the owner very nice with good selection of wine . "

"The room was a very luxurious experience and the staff we encountered were very pleasant. The heated pool was great and we were welcomed with a gift package of local wine and pasta. The breakfast was next door in a pleasant restaurant. The only thing that caught us out was that the reception to ‘check in’ is in the Green Park sports centre next door to the apartments. "
