"Prompt communication and effortless check-in (and checkout) process with the provided door pin. The garden view room was generously spacious. Surprisingly, it also had limited but beautiful mountain view as well. Everything in the room was well organized and set up prior to check-in. "Very clean, quiet and well equipped. 5min walk to supermarket and a couple of dining options (restaurant in the Bayerische Hof is good). 45min drive to Munich. Check-in a bit weird as others have mentioned - after a couple of failed self-checkin attempts we went to the Bayerische Hof reception (5min walk) and they checked in there."
