"This accommodation is very remote. But really nice. The rooms are large and clean with nice en-suite facilities and the dining room - in an extended sun room - is spacious and comfortable. "Ok, we purely stayed at the property because we felt we didn't have many choices, all the properties to stay in this region were a huge expense. So we sucked up the cost, we were met with a cash transaction to get a room upgrade, yes the view was nice. The bathroom was poorly designed with little room to place your toiletries. The spare toilet paper is hidden in a zip bag good grief! it was difficult to get out. The bathroom floor got wet due to poorly designed shower. Lots of designer touches...

"Our stay at Invercreran Lodge was the most luxurious stay of our entire trip to Scotland. My biggest regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the lodge. Upon entering the entire place has a signature smell that makes you feel comforted. Plush carpet in the bedroom, 5 star amenities in the bathroom and every detail meticulously thought out. Plenty of outlets right next to the nightstands, black out curtains that are truly blackout, a dyson fan for added air flow (and white noise) and even...

"We had the most incredible stay at the Castle. The history, beauty and charm of the castle is incredible and I highly recommend. Rich and Jess were lovely hosts and could not have made our stay more comfortable. The breakfast and evening cocktail hours were enjoyable as well. We will absolutely return!"

"The staff was great. They offered lots of helpful information about the area. One of the ladies yelled at my husband because he mispronounced Oban, and I love her for that! This place is great, a convenient location, and really quiet. I like places like this that are just a little bit off the main route because they're not in the hustle and bustle, but close enough to it. They recommended some great places to eat, as well."

"A bit old and dingy and cramped, but clean. There was no info sheet in the room so difficult to find the WiFi password. Not very private and quiet as it was more like an Inn with a number of other guests in adjacent rooms that one could hear. The owner met me at the door which was a nice touch. Parking was great. Price for a quick one night stop and early morning start was about right."
