Found customer service very poor. I experienced (3) issues; asked to speak to a manager and received a weak "sorry" nothing done to erradicate their issues. The apology felt forced and ingenuine.
1. Debit Card left with staff accidentally and no one contacted me; it was upon my discovery that I found it was missing and had to reach out to hote.
2. Security allowed a local into the building. He joined me in the elevator; got off my floor and pushed for my contact information. I felt very unsafe.
3. Items removed from room at time of cleaning and never contacted me. I called hotel; went to retrieve items and staff could not retrieve. No one knew where it was. I waited until the next day; had to contact hotel AGAIN. I was then inconvenienced to return to said hotel after moving to a new place. I asked them to deliver after all my concerns and they refused.
I reported all of this to the manager. Her facial expression never changed when explaining it all and she simply said "sorry". It was very unapologetic. I then asked to be contacted and the same manager simply sent me a text saying again "sorry". No accountability; no consequence, no refund, no offer for additional stay, wouldn't even deliver items that they were clearly trying to keep.
Horrible experience. I moved to another hotel nearby - much better customer service and attention to detail.
