"Reception staff were awful at picking up the phone especially when calling from the room phone. We had to use our personal phone to call. The bed was nothing to talk about. Right side of the bed was broken and mattress was almost to the ground. We called severally so we can change room but no one picked up. We had to manage the night since it was just one night. Reception staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Very bad experience and will not recommend this place."

"Four of us came to stay from the uk fir a short break in Accra. Overall our stay at the hotel was a very good experience and the staff extremely helpful. Shout out to the manager Rachel who went over and beyond.
Needs to be pointed out that the hotel does not have a lift so people with mobility issues may find the stairs a struggle and need rooms on ground floor. That said, the staff always brought up the luggage on arrival and down on leaving.
Breakfast is in the small restaurant area. Caters...

"Lovely stay at La Villa Boutique. Really convenient location and the food at the restaurant was very good. I had the chicken dinner with beans plantains and jollof, amazing flavour. Breakfast is not included in your stay. The pool area is a great zen hangout spot."
