The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely courtyard. The staff are friendly and attentive. Our shower was not particularly strong, but the bathroom was clean and looked good. It is very close to the centre of Puebla, so excellent for exploring.

Charming hotel interior/courtyard. Nice cafe with good espresso. Rooms are clean and pretty basic. No a/c but a fan was provided. Fantastic service - front desk called to set up our early morning cab, then were on top of calling to check in when they were a few minutes late. Overall very happy and a great value!

We stayed in Puebla for 2 nights and it was amazing. The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The only thing is that it did not have AC. Regardless, I would recommend staying here for a safe and convenient stay.

Great place to stay in Puebla

Lovely hotel with spacious room, comfortable bed and hot water. We loved this place as it was quiet as there was a school across the street. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast is hearty and reasonable in the lovely Huitzi Cafe.

La habitación estaba limpia en general. Cama limpia, solo una pequeña mancha en una sábana pero parecía que no se quitaba con lavados. Las almohadas son un poco altas a mi gusto. Cama cómoda. El agua del baño estaba calientita y no tardaba más se 2 minutos en salir. Toallas limpias. Lo que no me gustó sel baño fue la puerta de cristal, sientes que no hay privacidad a pesar de ser cristal opaco. El internet es pésimo. Resalto la amabilidad del personal para atender cualquier tema. Son muy serviciales y te hacen sentir cómodo desde tu llegada. 5 estrellas para el personal. Hay guarda equipaje.
