The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage.
