"a bit shabby"

"Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice."

"Toilet and the bath room were so bad, very dirty .i even found a cocroch"

"The room is clean, staff are good, no noise inside and around. You can get food to eat around. "

"Great stay"

"It was a good stay overall but I stayed at the older section of the hotel and some of the amenities there need fixing (e.g. showers and bathroom drainage). The fitness centre can also be cleaner and more user-friendly."
