"My wife and our two kids visited the property in dec 2025. We upgraded to a panoramic suite which was absolutely beautiful. We were originally placed in a second floor pano suite however we were unhappy about this and were moved the same day to a 4th floor panoramic suite - same room but far better view with great privacy. "From the moment I arrived Ibnu was amazing! He allowed me an early check-in into a beautiful well appointed room. He actually walked me there and showed me all the conveniences of the room.
