"Evrithing was fine, laundry room a bit crowded but at last we could wash our clothes. Very well located, near the bahhoff, personal nice and attentive. If would come back to Salzburg, which we will, will stay here again, definitely Thank you!!!"

Upon initial check in the gentlemen was not to pleasant and to be honest a bit rude, when I questioned him about staying an additional night, sure wish I got his name. On the flip side the next morning, there was another staff member (Sissi) which was extremely helpful on establishing a reservation for an additional night. There was another staff member (Irma) who also assisted. These 2 ladies deserve some type of recognition that each front desk employee should hold themselves to their standards of customer service and politeness. "
