"This is a beautifully maintained building with so much character and personalized love put into it; we loved our stay! It is slightly off the “path” of larger hotels, making it perfect for us. It is so close to town, we easily popped over a walking bridge for dinner and then found the best cafe for breakfast. The room is such a great use of space fitting our family of four, with two teens, nicely into one room with enough space and amenities to meet our needs. The bathroom is so cute and...

We were escorted to our room and familiarized with the amenities. Afternoon tea was wonderful! Everything was wonderful from start to finish! "I really want to give the place five stars but there are several issues the we encountered during our stay. 1. There is no customer service. You can't call the front we have to walk there from another building. No conditioner in the bathrooms. 2. The only luxury in the place is the space. It's spacious but not luxurious. There's a very steep stairs to the upper room 3. There was construction on the road. The windows don't seal and my two kids had to breathe asphalt fumes and we had to hear...
