"The lace is clean and the people at front desk nice and helpful the only thing I can complain is that they control the aircon and at night they stopped to save money probably and we are with a heat wave atm in Paris…"

"La majorité de leurs chambres sont plus petites que les appartements, c'est un appartement que j'ai loué. Le divan-lit deviens un excellent canapé confortable s'il ne sert pas de lit ... Le réfrigérateur offre une partie importante comme congélateur. La propreté est impeccable. Même si pour six nuits je ne devais pas avoir de service, ils sont quand même venus refaire le lit et changer les serviettes 👍. Enfin le rapport qualité prix est difficile à battre: le RER était à six minutes donc...

"The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect.
Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater.
Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings.
Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. "

"I would love to recommend this hotel for anyone who have the budget not much but wanna get the high standard : Very clean room+Very nice facility &nice place+Good location+Very helpful and friendly mind staff. "Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations.
Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. We found uncleanness in the kitchen, the bed linens did not appear clean, and the kitchen counter was dirty. We had to contact housekeeping and request additional cleaning.
The refrigerator was also extremely noisy. We reported the issue, and a technician inspected it, but we were told the noise was normal and no action was taken. W could not sleep during nights!
