Travis was great at check in, really friendly. Room is very dated, bed and pillows not the comfiest, shower not very powerful. Parking at Union Square cost over £20 for 15 hours parking, shame for the hotel that Union Square removed the parking deal for guests. Fire alarm went off just as we got ...
