"Room was great apart from tea and coffee, one tea bag each and one milk each plus no bottle of water, if you are in a supposedly superior room you should expect at least a bottle of water and enough tea and coffee for a couple of drinks each."

Pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Communal areas very impressive. Easy pleasant walk along the promenade into the centre of Torquay or by the 12 bus which stops outside the hotel."

"Hotel has a very nice interior but dated in parts. External is solid concrete and outside areas need a bit of updating. They advertise their external pool but looks like it has been out of action for a very long time. Staff were excellent, breakfast was very good."
