No traditional "front desk" or on site workers but the owners own the restaurant across the street and pizza place downstairs and everyone helps with everything and they are all great. Awesome breakfast in the restaurant and the staff is really helpful and engaging and care. I would totally stay there again. No elevator, and top floor rooms can get kind of toasty in the summer with no ac, but not a big deal for us."

By far the most disappointing hotel stay of our Ireland trip. Room was visibly worn and poorly maintained. Multiple visible stains on bedding, bed area and upholstered furniture (see photos). "breakfast was good except for stayed 5 days at breakfast could never get a teapot. no fan in room must have to request one. when asked desk for ironing board said there was ironing room me and my wife over 70 years of age but give me one in room anyway. i was there before same thing happend. only one lift somtimes a bit packed somtimes ox but still a nice hotel parking good food good"

"We stayed in the hotel on a very, very warm day, so the rooms can get hot and uncomfortable. The staff relocated us to a room with AC, due to health concerns, but in general, there rooms are only cooled by a small desk fan. The staff were helpful and accommodating and we enjoyed the complimentary drink tickets and breakfast."

"Mike greeted us upon arrival and explained the parking. We were given several options for breakfast along with optional cereals, fruit, yogurt and teas. The room was clean. Overall Mike and Ann were fantastic hosts and we enjoyed our stay."
