"The room was very clean and spotless. The hotel staff were also great when we were checking in and out. This was the first place we didn’t have to pay for parking since arriving to Ireland. The hotel had onsite parking both around the building and under the building. There were lifts to accommodate those unable to use stairs. One downside was that we didn’t want the house keepers to clean the room while we were away as I’ve had things stolen in the past with that. They came in and cleaned...

"The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel was clean with lovely Christmas decorations. It was in close walking distance of all the shops, pubs and dining options in the latin quarter. They have their own parking garage and will validate your ticket at the front desk so it does not cost extra for parking. The elevators are quick! Overall, it was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our Ireland road trip."

"The size of the quad was enormous. Lovely little hotel with the most beautiful lobby. The bar was fabulous and there was a great Trad session in swing. Will definitely be back. "

"Personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Locatie perfect midden in het centrum en vlakbij busstation. Kamer sfeervol en thee en koffie wordt elke dag aangevuld zelf met een koekje en chocolaatje. Fijne handdoeken en prima bedden om op te slapen. Lift aanwezig super fijn voor wanneer je een lift nodig heb. "

Early check in, and being able to store luggage to enjoy the last few hours in Galway was the best! The employees from front desk to the coffee bar to Sophie's were all just divine!
