My room overlooked the train station, but despite that it was really quiet, and I appreciated how easy it was to get the train into central Cambridge. My room was gorgeous, the shower was large and had really nice product, the staff were helpful (although there was some confusion about how often the room got cleaned and it if was possible to request a greater frequency). Note: they need to staff more people for the restaurant. It's a beautiful place but if there's only one person managing orders, billing, and the espresso bar, they're going to be stressed. That's not the staff's fault,...

"Clean room staff were great breakfast on our first morning was amazing unfortunately our 2nd morning change of chef breakfast was very late and cold, although I did complain to the manager who just said sorry!"

"Stayed on a Sunday evening, booked a suite with breakfast. The room was more a large room than a traditional suite. The hotel and room was clean but felt like tired. Attempted to go to the bar which is in the basement, it was unattended so ended up leaving and going to a bar down the road. Overall stay was okay, no issues but would not come back."

On both nights, there was significant noise coming from the kitchen/restaurant area above us between midnight and 1am, which sounded like tables being moved and loud knocking. The same issue happened both mornings between 6:30am and 7:30am, waking us up and making it impossible to have the relaxing mornings we had hoped for. This was especially frustrating as the noise...
