Все вроде ничего было, но когда я заказывала в описании было что это комната 20м2- специально выбирала. Когда приехала- хорошо что комната была 10м2 ,, мебель древняя, кондиционер отключен , было очень душно и жарко. Звукоизоляции никакой, ночью был слышен храп из соседней комнаты . Поменяла на более приличную но тоже была маленькая . Видела посто другую комнату на втором этаже где жила женщиан и тоже одна- это просто небо и земля - комната большая, ванная комната большая, мебель новая. Не знаю где обманули- на сайте заказа отеля или в отеле. Еда хорошая, но однообразная, приедается уже через 3 дня. Очень помогла Аурелия- официантка которая говорила по русски. Обслуживание в рестране очень хорошее. Если без особых претензий- это троечка. Обслуживание ок- дружелюбные и пытаются помочь как могут. И теперь все платное- халат, полотенце для бассейна, раньше читала что было бесплатно если full board. И это более спокойный сезон , а не лето когда шумно на улице. В целом- пережить можно, но во второй раз не поеду. И воспользуюсь другим сайтом.

Nicht gerade hilfsbereit!

Nicht gerade hilfsbereit, wenn man alle Hände voll Gepäck hineinkommt... Jedoch nach einem Hilferuf hat sich die Rezeption bewegt, andere Kunden ist das egal und drängen sich sogar vor. Safeschlüssel hat gefehlt. Jedoch ist die kleine Grünanlage und der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist gut und schön. Alles kommt gut, mit Geduld und höflicher Bitte ;-)

Albergo in pieno centro di Abano, camere spaziose e ben pulite, così come i bagni. Il personale addetto alle camere molto cordiale ed efficiente. Da migliorare: asciugamani modesti e reception non molto brillante. Anche la colazione migliorabile: nell'ora di punta non ci sono abbastanza tavoli e si deve aspettare il turno. La spa nei giorni feriali aperta solo il pomeriggio, e accesso con apposita tessera da richiedere. Nel complesso però un buon soggiorno.

Albergo con potenziale DECISAMENTE non sfruttato. La ns. camera era vecchio stile ma ampia e gradevole tuttavia con lo sciacquone e il getto della doccia mal funzionante.Solo su sollecitazione abbiamo ottenuto le previste pulizie ed un campioncino di docciaschiuma; l'accappatoio è su richiesta e a pagamento. All'accoglienza nessuna informazione da parte della reception rispetto al diritto del pranzo per chi ha la pensione completa e non ne ha usufruito all'arrivo; nessuna indicazione nemmeno rispetto alla "nuova" Spa".La zona termale è stata ristrutturata ma è ancora "vista WC" e convivono lettini di plastica insieme a quelli nuovi. Il presunto bagnino è solo di rappresentanza e non cura in autonomia manco le attrazioni della piscina come ad esempio la cascata che abbiamo visto in funzione solo l'ultimo giorno grazie alle lamentele di un cliente. Nessuna illuminazione del giardino ed è deludente che, rispetto ad altri hotel, la piscina venga chiusa alle19.30! Il solaio tanto bello quanto completamente abbandonato a se stesso:solo 2 tapis roulant obsoleti e 5 lettini di plastica. Basterebbe qualche candela e qualche diffusore di essenze per ravvivare l'ambiente e quel corridoio triste e spoglio che porta alle piscine.La cucina è discreta ma con porzioni ristrette ad eccezione del giorno di Natale. I camerieri, eccetto Samanta, sono maldestri e poco professionali. Bella invece l'idea di consegnare agli ospiti un cadeau per Natale.

Empfehlenswertes Haus

Hotel ist seit Jahrzehnten auf dem deutschsprachigen Markt gut eingeführt, Personal spricht - zumindest teilweise - gut Deutsch; trotzdem überwiegend italienische Gäste. Plus: 1) zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone, fernab von jeglichem Verkehrslärm 2) gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 3) schöne Badelandschaft, bestehend aus Thermalhallenbad und zwei damit verbundenen großen Aussenbecken mit integriertem Whirlpool und Wasserkaskade 4) direkt angrenzend an die Badelandschaft großer Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen, besonders angenehm in der heißen Jahreszeit 5) schöner Speisesaal mit abwechslungsreicher guter bis sehr guter italienischer Küche 6) Mitarbeiter/innen ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit Minus: Das Haus ist wie viele Hotels in Abano in den 60er Jahren errichtet worden und inzwischen „in Ehren ergraut“; überall zwar sauber und gepflegt, dennoch trotz ständig getätigter Investitionen an manchen Stellen sichtbarer Renovierungsbedarf, vor allem im Bereich der Zimmer; hat mich aber nicht gestört, gehört zum Charme älterer Häuser dazu Fazit: habe in den letzten 2 Wochen mehrere Häuser in Abano (alle 3 Sterne bzw. 3 Sterne superior, alle zentral Fußgängerzone) „getestet“; das Hotel Milano empfiehlt sich besonders aufgrund der Badelandschaft sowie des mit schattenspendenden Bäumen bestandenen Gartens und der Küchenleistung für weitere Besuche
