Personale accogliente e gentilissimo, albergo tenuto molto bene nonostante l'arredamento potesse far pensare al contrario. Ho avuto opportunità di vedere all'opera in camera chi si occupa delle pulizie ed ho notato una particolare attenzione nella pulizia di ogni parte della camera. Piscina e SPA in buone condizioni e ottimi i servizi offerti

Une jolie découverte lors de mon passage à Abano Terme. Hotel calme, j'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner en terrasse avec vue sur les monts ainsi que la piscine sur le toit. Le menu au restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4*, alors que le service est impeccable. Merci à Leonarda pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Fréquentation, moyen d'age lors de mon passage: 55+ ans.

l'hotel, il servizio e le camere sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle. La prima colazione e le piscine invece non sono assolutamente adatte a chi cerca un posto termale rilassante. Pochi idromassaggi senza varietà, funzionanti ad intermittenza, piscine molto vecchie.
