"Tout était parfait, chambre très grande et agréable. Petit déjeuner très diversifié et de qualité. Service de location de vélos pratique pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Gand en 20 mn avec des pistes cyclables le long de cours d'eau : très agréable. Le seul problème : toutes les bornes de recharge électrique étaient en panne !"

"Great location within a 1000 feet of Central train station and a few blocks from historic city center. There was a lot of road construction in the area which might be hard for someone arriving by car, but our room was quiet and we did not hear traffic or road work. The rooms were modern and spacious. The only difficult part was finding the actual entrance. It’s not well marked and the door is locked. You have to ring a bell for entry on your arrival. Once checked in, your room key opens...

"The room was clean and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the room; but the staff was very responsive to our requests. This was a very unique experience with the animation theme, which we enjoyed. It was close to the train station which was helpful to us because we arrived on the Eurostar from Paris and needed to take the ICE/DB to Berlin. We walked and took the Metro to the city center every day."

"The check in staff were very rude and wanted everyone’s ID. This was very strange and never heard of this before. I checked in my luggage and they never could find it so I would have to go help. The elevators are extremely slow which caused a lot of frustration from everyone. The location is ideal but not sure this hotel meets Marriott standards."

Another great feature of this hotel is its convenient location, just a minute away from the Metro. The staff was always helpful and friendly, especially the housekeepers."

"La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi da Grand Place e dalla stazione centrale. La zona è tranquilla ma vivace. La piccola piazza su cui si affaccia è infatti piena di locali e di vita, ma l'hotel è silenzioso. La colazione è varia e di qualità (un plus: è possibile farsi i waffle al momento!). La camera è piccola ma confortevole così come il bagno. Gentilissima la ragazza italiana alla reception che ci ha dato utili consigli."
