"Room was clean, staff was nice, no water in rooms whatsoever. Asked the staff if I could have some water and they told me to call the front desk."

"Monday was the hottest day of our stay, and a large section of the pool—probably around 50 lounge chairs—was blocked off and unavailable for guests. Ironically, these were the only chairs in the shade. When I asked security why they were closed, he said it was because Mondays aren’t as busy. Meanwhile, every available chair was taken, and guests were left without shaded seating. This gave the impression that Caesars cares very little about guest comfort and instead limits seating to push people into paying for cabanas. I paid over $2,000 for four nights—apparently that isn’t enough for Caesars. Limiting shade and seating made the pool experience feel like the Hunger Games just to find a place to sit. Nobu guests had access to a dedicated pool seating area, while I upgraded my room to the Octavius Tower, which cost just as much as a Nobu room, yet did not come with similar perks. Additionally, on the day we were at the pool from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, our room was not cleaned despite the “Make Up Room” sign being displayed. We had to call twice and then wait over an hour just to receive clean towels. Lastly, the Caesars Rewards points system feels like a joke compared to MGM’s rewards program. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and we will not be returning."

"Room was ok - 1 star because there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. Location of hotel was really good for the event at Allegiant stadium. Not too far from the main strip. Would stay again but would pick a room that has more amenities. Great hotel and great price for the stay"

"We stayed at this property because of the proximity to Allegiant Stadium. Breakfast was just ok. Staff was friendly. Hotel is in need of an update, rooms are old , but clean. Casino was big , but a bit smoky. Our room had no fridge, no coffee maker. We stayed for 3 nights."

"The hotel was in a superb location and due to not having a casino, the rates are extremely reasonable for being just off the strip. Walking distance to MGM and NYNY etc. Staff were friendly and I was really happy with my stay. Would book again."
