"A gem of a place. I arrived at the airport just before 10pm, call to the hotel & picked up 5 minutes if that later. Check-in was a breeze, room was a good size and a very well kept and clean condition. The room comes with 2 x 500ml bottles of water. WIFI is easy to access and is good. Breakfast was simple but ample enough, freshly squeezed OJ, meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs - plenty to start your day. "The stay was fine. Apartment was fine for our group. Nothing luxurious at all but just fine. We primarily only used the space for sleeping. Were NOT aware that the entire premises needed to be completely quiet from 10-8 am daily. There was nothing written anywhere in the posting. Nothing mentioned until we arrived and were told to whisper in the hallways at 6pm! Additionally we were playing cards one evening quietly in the dining room and a neighbor banged on our door and rudely demanded we...

"It was wonderful to be in the historic area of Santiago, where we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. The staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to provide additional information about the area and the transportation options to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend to others visiting the area."
