"Service amazing"

"We loved our 3 day stay at this beautiful hotel on a lovely beach. The staff were charming and welcoming, especially Phumi. We loved our room overlooking the adult pool and near the beach. Very comfortable beds, good wifi, delicious breakfast. We particularly liked the restaurant on the beach in the evenings. We noticed a very charming children's zone near reception. We would love to return."

"Fabulous property: well designed, family rooms were superb. Architectural feel with exceptional kids' attractions that are both fun and tasteful. Food was good, but could be better. Beachfront down a few steps and not very wide, but the pools were ideal so we did not spend much time there. Staff lovely. Would gladly return soon! "

The app for the hotel was hrwat as we could use it for a number of things from ro service to house keeping requests. "We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them."
