"Our stay was absolutely terrible. The room was in very poor condition, with many things broken. The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children.
When we arrived, we were first given a room with a broken air conditioner. After complaining, we were moved to another room that was infested with well over 100 mosquitoes. Everyone in our family was covered in mosquito bites. The staff...

"The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. So well-informed. They were able to help us rent a car when none were available at the hotel.
The breakfast at the hotel is too expensive for guests at $32. But the restaurant staff was very friendly."

"The location of the hotel is wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful, even with an unexpected doctor’s appointment needed. The hotel is lovely, the beds are a dream and breakfast delicious!"

"The hotel itself is acceptable; however, it is situated in a concerning area. We did not feel comfortable walking with our kids at night. We booked two rooms, and one of them had no electricity when we checked in. It took maintenance over two hours to respond. On our last day, the safe in our room wouldn't open.
