"Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, room was lovely, spacious. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Capella. One area for improvement we would suggest is the quality of the breakfast buffet, some of the food were cold and some the pastries were undercooked. Despite this, we would be back next time we are in sydney."

"Harbour Bridge、The Rocks、Opera Houseなど港周辺のアトラクションが徒歩圏内です。 ホテルはCircular Quayの駅前なので、空港や街中にアクセスできるLight Rail tramや地下鉄にもすぐ乗れて、交通の便は最高でした。 ホテル自体は、5-starのラグジュアリー感は欠けていて、壁やエレベーターなど、全体的に年季が入っている印象を受けました。部屋は都会なりの狭さを感じますが、Full Harbour Viewの部屋からの景色は絶景です。中低層階は近隣の飲食店から流れる音楽が深夜まで聞こえると思います。 ハネムーンで訪れていることを伝えたのですが、特に何もサービスがなかったのは残念でした。でもホテルスタッフの皆さん親切で丁寧です。 ロケーション含め総合的にお勧めします！"

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The view of the opera house is breathtaking. The only complaint I have is the internet charge ($25/ day) which should be included in the rate for the hotel of this caliber. That said, I still highly recommend this hotel if u plan to be in sydney."

"Beautiful 15th story accommodation, with nice city views. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Helpful ground floor staff. Buffet breakfast was expensive but the best we've ever had--worth every penny. Excellent walkable Hyde Park location."

"The Meriton is just wonderful. We had a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment. It was clean and modern. The only downside was the noise from the pool which went until late and started very early in the morning with people yelling and screaming. I don't begrudge people having fun but the noise was just annoying. Pool hours should be in place and enforced if this sort of behaviour is going to happen."

"We had a very pleasant and quick check-in ans were pleased to discover that our lovely warm room had a fantastic view of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and the breakfast dining experience was terrific. We'll be back! "

"The property was very clean, in a good location, the room was large, overall a great property. However, during the day I had my phone snrnwalletnswallet and phone stolen, and when I returned the staff would not let me organise for someone to pay for another night, or even allow me to simply sit on a couch in the lobby. They asked me to leave without anywhere to go, no phone or wallet. I literally slept on the streets in the rain in winter. "

"MIni bar wasn't full at checked in. I informed to the front desk and then they sent a guy who count the mini bar to our room. He said it was o.k. but finally I was charged from minibar that I didn't take."

"Good location to stay at if you need to get to the convention centre but, kind of out of the way for anything else. At first, The staff wouldn't honour the free breakfast each morning despite me showing the email confirmation that says i had breakfast included of which is why I booked the accommodation via wotif. "
