"이 호텔을 예약한 이유는 사진으로 본 인테리어가 정말 아름다웠기 때문입니다. 실제로 와보니 인테리어와 전체적인 분위기는 사진과 똑같이 훌륭했습니다. 한국에서 머물렀던 다른 호텔들과 비교해도 매우 독특하고 매력적인 공간이었습니다. 하지만 객실의 관리 상태 때문에 좋은 인상이 많이 사라졌습니다. 우선 조명 스위치가 제대로 작동하지 않았고, 에어컨 제어 패널은 완전히 고장 난 상태였습니다. 에어컨은 콘센트에 직접 연결된 채 계속 작동하고 있었으며, 제가 객실에 들어갔을 때부터 켜져 있었습니다. 전자 패널로 켜고 끄려고 했지만 전혀 반응이 없어서 결국 콘센트에서 직접 플러그를 뽑아야 했습니다. 침구 상태도 매우 좋지 않았습니다. 침대 시트와 이불 커버는 찢어져 있었고, 이불 자체는 오래되고 심하게 오염된 것처럼 보였습니다. 시트에는 얼룩이 있었고, 베개 아래에서도 정체를 알 수 없는 얼룩을 발견했습니다. 또한 침구 곳곳에서 머리카락도 발견되었습니다. 침대 받침 부분은 이미 썩기...
