"Hotel is nice. Amazing location right on the dunes. Food provision and pools are excellent and the staff were great. Lots of the rooms overlook the entertainment area which make it very noisy until 10.30pm but the hotel were good about moving us to a quieter room. A few things need updating a little, the decor is a bit tired in places and a few broken sunbeds etc but on the whole it was a great place for a family holiday."

"The staff were all friendly and helpful from arrival to departure, with the exception of the Marinas bar, which is a franchise. The room (suite) was OK, but daily cleaning less thorough than might be expected (glasses and cups not washed). The curtains were good at light blocking but extremely noisy to operate. We were on 6th floor so relied on lifts which were swift, but one was unreliable in direction or refused to move occasionally. Breakfast buffet had a wide choice but quality was below...

"Lovely hotel, nice design, super friendly staff. We came on the business trip, I was very happy with the hotel’s internet connection, possibility to work there without a connection worry. Only one down side, very noisy day and night as it is next to the busy road, no soundproofing. "

"Very well kept rooms and clean. The king bed was firm and the pillows soft which we appreciate. The thermostat is eco friendly and we needed help to cool the room. The temp doesn't go lower than 24.5 C but it was very comfortable. Reception, housekeeping and breakfast staff were helpful and kind! Breakfast options were incredibly immense & you could special order as well. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We liked heated pool water. There was a lot of things to do with kids. All stay could be perfect but we got room with a view on very noisy street. I have been to some of the party islands but never experienced that much noise during my stay in the hotel room. Noise from around 8pm to 1am. We been told on the reception that it's a family side of the hotel."

"After reading all reviews I was apprehensive about the hotel but I don't regret booking here. Room was huge, great view, staff were soooo friendly and amazing. Great variety of food and some of them were amazing, other ones could improve. Sangria was excellent. Only negative thing was the Cocktails that can be better. Activities every night for kids and adults. Pool was great although the big one with the slides was with sea water, my kids didnt like that."

"Needed a couple of nights to link with flights. Chose this hotel as close to airport and it did the job Comfortable room Breakfast quite good, cereals, fruit, bread cheese ham etc, cooked passable Rooftop pool looked nice Wifi good TV good Next to Centre Commerial with many shops and cheap eateries No shuttle bus though Strange cafeteria hours closed 4pm - 8pm just when we wanted to eat Shower fine "
