The hotel was in a great location, very clean, very good staff, nice big room, but… I probably made a mistake in booking an interior room. There was a very small window to an outside courtyard so very very little natural light and just not enough lighting in the room. I mentioned it to 2 different staff and they both smiled and said oh yes, we’ll do something about it but I doubt they will.

Another great stay

Love this hotel, have stayed here a few times. The location and views cannot be beaten. The complementary drink in exchange for not using housekeeping is a great ‘green’ initiative, and greatly appreciated. Delicious breakfast buffet.

You will not regret a stay in this hotel. It was great. Clean, friendly, great breakfast, perfect location - right on the beach, etc. The staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgable, etc. Overall, one of our best stays of our 2 week trip to the Canary Islands

Great location!

My husband and I had an amazing time. The hotel is in a great location. The staff is wonderful. There’s tons to do. The beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. Totally recommend.

Nice stay

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. The room we had was perfect we had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities.

NH Hotels are usually very friendly and practical. I will be back to Imperial. Thank you to the staff. But at the breakfast, the staff is very noisy. They clean and take things very loudly. When the pile the plates and glasses and they talk loudly. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location

Went for the carnival and had a lovely room with balcony on 8th floor facing the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally situated for beach, bars and restaurants. Just two matters that could be improved: 1. No tea or coffee in the room or reception area. 2. Breakfast is £31 per night which is far too expensive. Better to find a local cafe on the beach front.

Location is great. Pretty lively street close to Mercato la Puerto. With its many foodstalls. There are two restaurants within walking distance I can recommend. La Marinera, amigo Camilo. Fish places where reservation is a must. Hotel reception is very helpful in this. Rooms are HUGE. We stayed in 208. View is from a side street, but pretty sure view of the sea is amazing. Breakfast is worth it just for the view of the beach.

Aging and a bit rough around the edges, but convenient location for walking around. No parking on site but they “offer” regular price public parking nearby. There is much cheaper public parking (with free EV charging) a bit further away, next to the aquarium and cruise terminal. Breakfast was decent. Hair drier was broken but they fixed quickly, and of course the card keys failed a couple times. Gym is around the corner in another nh hotel that looks nicer.
