"Overall we had a comfortable stay with our dogs. Room was spacious with a fridge, ac, excellent shower and big comfortable bed. Although this is noted down as 4 star its probably more 3 star and hotel and grounds require some upgrading. Most disappointing for us was the outdoor pool which was dirty and not fit to swim in. Last year when we stayed the pool was very clean and inviting. We used the SPA inside this year which was good although very warm."

"The room was clean, lovely large towels for the shower, fresh sheets and nice and warm in the room. Pet friendly two dogs staying there. Staff were helpful. Breakfast lots of choices but not for people with allergies. "

"Aldrig har jeg oplevet mig så glemt. Vi boede tæt på lobbyen med larm fra pensionistbusser tidlig morgen. Og det var tydeligt at de ikke regnede med os til morgenmad. Vi måtte bede om varm kaffe. "

"The place had a nice view of the mountains, the room was large, the location was in the middle of nowhere (kind of the point) but the hotel restaurant (one of four in the whole town) was closed 2/3 nights we were there. Also, the spa apparently “is only open on Saturdays”. We went in September and the weather was still warm so who knows if they open at all in the off season. Other than that the pool was nice and the staff was friendly enough. We just wish we could have planned better dining....

"Sin duda lo mejor de todo la amabilidad del personal, tanto en recepción que son encantadoras, como personal de comedor, etc. Eso si, para ser un 4 estrellas lo veo un poco justito, el wifi con muchos fallos, la habitación agradable pero sin grandes cosas y el buffet un poco escaso, no en cantidad pero sí en variedad. Pero en general la estancia fue agradable"
