"The people who work at these facilities are never to blame, they work with what they are given. The hotel manager was an angel, his staff exceptional but the hotel is in great need of renovations or general maintenance. Investment is needed to bring it at its grandeur. "

"La chambre attribuée était en aucun cas celle réservée et expédia ne m'a pas aidé à ce sujet. J'ai été obligée de payer 200€ en supplément pour avoir une chambre décente. Et encore la suite que l'on a eu ensuite était très très humide, peinture qui s'ecaillait et pas de télévision. Malheureusement ma seule option en haute saison a Koh Tao était de payer ce supplément à mes frais car expédia n'en a pas assumer la responsabilité. Je ne recommande ni cet hôtel, ni de réserver par expédia car au...

"Perfect location for a relaxing stay and brilliant team of people providing fantastic and considered service. However the condition of the rooms from repair point of view is bed, broken tiles, rotten wood fittings, and even plastic plates for service lets it down otherwise a great escape!"

We received our room ahead of time, even though it didn’t seem possible at first. The room was spacious, in good condition, and very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. There was plenty of space in the pool area, and sunbeds were not reserved in advance. I definitely recommend this place, and if I travel here again, I would choose it again."
