What I like most is that you can take the Airport Limousine Bus from Narita Airport, and it stops right in front of the hotel lobby!"

Hotel room is very clean and the floor plan is very thoughtful. The toilet is in a separate section with the bath which is very convenient. Self check in is fast and easy to use. Hotel staff is professional and helpful. Strongly recommend!"

"Front desk staff was nice. I always stay at Washington when I stay in Japan. Airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel and convenience stores in the same building. Rooms are tiny but can handle it. "
