"Staff was excellent very accommodating when it came to helping us plan our excursions! We were treated like royalty everywhere we went on the grounds. Only negative was the AC only got so cool in the room."

"It was our first trip to Ischia and we LOVED it! The La Reginella Resort Spa was simply wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast included many options to choose from as well as a large assortment of beverages. Our room had a lovely balcony with a table, chairs, umbrella, two lounge chairs and a small view of the ocean. It was perfect! We spent a good amount of time lounging by all of the pools. "Outstanding in beauty, staff, facilities and every detail! Excellent services, delicious food with literally hundreds of options. The view was stunning, the bed was comfortable, the room was perfect— get the jr suite for the huge patio with a view of the cliff and sea. We read in the garden, we swam in the pools, and soaked in the tubs of thermal waters. We made friends and got to know the staff— the army of servers were so attentive.

"The grounds were beautiful. It is not walkable outside of the hotel so you need to take a bus or get a cab if you do not have a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only big issue were the rooms. Ours was very moldy, even the mattresses had mold on them. "
