"The room was nice and we had a great view. The amenities unfortunately were misleading from the website. They had two treadmills at the gym but one was broken, they only had 2 bikes for the entire resort of 1000+ people (which were unavailable every time we asked to use them), the infinity pool was essentially unusable due to the dozens of children everywhere and the excruciatingly loud music from the DJ. "The property itself was amazing. I would have haven it 5 stars, but the valet staff wasn’t as good. Pulled up to the hotel and was informed to park on the side as they helped other cars before us. Took them about 5mins to help us. Other than that it was a great experience got a free upgrade because of my Expedia status."

"Room was visibly dirty and used upon arrival. Hair on tables, bed, floor, garbage etc. Staff came to clean but they did not, only wiped the counter. Fully booked hotel and 1 elevator working with stairwell locked. Not accessible and very inconvenient when trying to bring luggage up or down."

Absolutely no help with getting luggage to the reception desk, no signs on what elevator to take, an absolute cluster. The couch in the room was worn/torn, s stain on the comforter in the bedroom.
