The staff was helpful, responsive and accommodating. The room was clean and ready when we arrived, so we were able to check in a few minutes early. The hotel was convenient to the cruise port, and we enjoyed seeing all the beautiful yachts at the property. We would definitely stay there again.

I thought the hotel was very clean and the service was very attentive. I enjoyed a meal in the outdoor patio area near the pool. Service was a little slow as it looked to be under staffed, but the meal was enjoyable. Room was clean and comfortable. I plan on staying again.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to take a Disney cruise. However, rooms near the elevator or the electronic/utility room were quite noisy, and it was difficult to sleep because of the noise.

Nice hotel clean and friendly staff. However 50$ a night parking is very expensive I have never been to a hotel they you have to pay for parking. Also they charge a 30$ extra a day resort fee and ad on taxes. So what I thought was decent deal turned into a very expensive stay and will not return.

The room is good clean. The coffee maker was messy and not stocked up well the coffee & tea bags. They have free shuttle pick up from hotel to the beach. They have shuttle pick up from from airport & port for extra fees. WiFi is good.
