"Arrived at the Hotel to Discover the room we booked wasn’t available , they throbbed us off with another room which was so dirty , broken doors , toilet was absolutely revolting, half the size we booked , reception team lied about our accommodation and my Lao friend herd them talk that our room was over booked and not available so they said put them in this one, not a good welcome and then the room like I said so disappointing. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Vangvieng Sisavang Mountain View Hotel. The room was fantastic and the staff were simply excellent. We were allowed to check out an hour later, which was very convenient for us. We can highly recommend this hotel."
