It is in terrible condition now- plumbing awful, sheets don’t fit, water intermittent, no airport pick up service until we finally called, pools were awful, outdoor ping pong and pool table covered in mold and not playable, beaches were small and non-swimmable ..."…""The property was probably nice at one time. "Nice place to stay right on the water and near the marina. The whole hotel has been recently rebuilt (due to severe hurricane damage) and mostly appears to be new. Food at the restaurant is good, but very expensive as on all of Long Island. Paula took very good care of us. "The Resort was very clean in side and outside. It is off the road so there is no noise from the the traffic. The only down side is the restaurant was not open, there was a little kitchenette in the room. Will stay there again. Janice is a doll."…""The Resort was very clean in side and outside.
