"This hotel is perfectly located and conveniently accessible to everywhere you need to get to, whilst tucked away from the busy main roads. The staff are all very warm and welcoming, and very efficient. Special mention to Jimena and Jonathan at the front desk who made my stay even more wonderful with their kind and helpful dispositions. "The pool is a lot smaller in person, there are literally only 4 chairs out! the breakfast wasn’t bad but was basically the same every morning just changing 1-2 items. they also charged me $30 to have a friend over (no sleep over or anything)! really unfortunate that everything in colombia comes with an extra fee, including your hotel."

"La primera impresión al llegar a la habitación fue que nos encontramos con cucarachas caminando por la puerta y el piso. Al decir a la recepcionista nos entregó otra habitación peor.
